Morning weight

About 186. Yesterday I ate mostly meat. Breakfast shake, then Josh made me an avocado burger, then ribs and a few veggies. Movement was non-existent. I either lay in bed or sat on the couch playing scrabble and watching TV. This morning was a little better. Rebooted laundry, sorted out 4 loads, started one, did dishes, now getting ready for church. ~~Annette — please excuse typos, sent from my phone.
