This is where I will try and chronicle my goal to lose weight and try to become more fit. One day at a time.

heavy breathing

Ran an errand in the building, decided to take the stairs from the 16th to the 20th floor. 5 mins later and my heart is still racing, my legs think I have lost my mind, and I am breathing as if I just ran a marathon. I didn’t realize I was so out of shape.

I took the elevator back down.
