Wii Fit - Day 1
So… I’ve been using this app from fatsecret.com called calorie counter and it’s really nifty, and enlightening. I set it up to help me limit my calories to lose one pound a week. Weight gain, not loss
Time to bite the bullet and join a gym I think. My plan to use Wii Fit has failed miserably. The only way to fit it in at home is to get even less sleep than I am now. Changing my diet isn’t enough. I have avoided the scale for the majority of this month, started eating less and more healthily and have managed to gain 5lbs. I even got in some exercise this week, but I’m not sure...

Time Management
The hardest thing about my goal to lose 45lbs (still holding steady at 190#) is finding the time to exercise. It takes me way too long to get started in the mornings, though this is partially due to what I call “Advil PM hangovers”. My idea was to get up at 6, do Wii Fit till 630, and then start my day. Happy Thanksgiving

Not such a good start
Still holding steady at 183-185lbs. I need to keep better track of what I’m eating. Minor frustration
I seem to have lost 5-7lbs … hovering between 185 and 183 in the morning the last few days, but I swear my gut and thighs are in denial. My belly pooch makes me look about 3 months preggers and my pants still don’t fit right in the thigh area. And my arms. I can’t wear dress shirts or long sleeves. Forget the weight, time to lose inches!
I’m holding steady at 185lbs as of this mornings weigh-in but my jeans are still too tight! And they are my stretch jeans. Morning weigh-in

I hate my scale
It lies to me. Depending on where I place it - within a six-inch area- it tells me I weigh either 183 or 190 lbs. Can someone explain this to me? If I have it flush with the wall, it tells me I weigh between 180 and 185. If I pull it away just a few inches *BoOM* my weight jumps to 190! This is what happened the other night when I thought I had lost a bunch of weight. I just moved the scale back...

I’m retaining water — I have “cankles” ( http://www.urbandictionary.com/iphone/search?term=cankles) — so I’m relunctant to weigh myself. And yes, I wore boots today. Thank goodness they stretch. heavy breathing
Ran an errand in the building, decided to take the stairs from the 16th to the 20th floor. 5 mins later and my heart is still racing, my legs think I have lost my mind, and I am breathing as if I just ran a marathon. I didn’t realize I was so out of shape. I took the elevator back down.
